Inspections
A home inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible systems and components of a home. It is intended to give the buyer and seller a better understanding of the property and help eliminate surprises.

Buying or selling your home is an important decision. As a home buyer it’s necessary to expose problems before making one of the largest investments you will ever make. As a home seller an unbiased home inspection will enable you to disclose your homes deficiencies up front, or correct obstacles before listing your home. This quickens the sale process, and virtually eliminates the stress of last minute obstacles and costly re-negotiating.

If you are buying a home, getting a home inspection means you know about any problems and their solutions before you move in. If you are selling a home, getting a home inspection means you know you are complying with full disclosure laws, and means you can consider selecting contractors rather than waiting for the buyer to do so. If you have recently purchased a new home from a builder and the one year "builder warranty" is about to expire, a home inspection by a professional can let you know whether the builder/contractor did the job correctly.

The visual part of the inspection varies between 2 to 5 hours, depending on the square footage and type of issues discovered. The inspection covers inside, outside, on the roof and underneath, with limits pertaining to safety and access.

You'll get a comprehensive report that is easy to understand. A confidential, thorough and detailed report using digital photography for the documentation of major issues shall be written and delivered. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report. Environmental testing lab reports (Radon tests), are issued separately by the laboratory.

Armed with the information our report will provide, you can make your decision with confidence.
